Awesome bar to watch live sports. Waitresses are friendly and helpful. You have Shake Shack on-site and another place with paninis and pizzas. Beers cost around 7 bucks, which is similar to a regular bar. Parking is the same as for the casino since it is inside. I would return back.

Not only is Carine a skilled bartender who can whip up any drink with ease, but she is also a true artist when it comes to crafting the perfect cocktail. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and every drink she served was perfectly balanced and expertly mixed.
But what truly sets Carinen apart is her genuine interest in her customers. She takes the time to chat with each person who comes through, making everyone feel like a regular. Her upbeat personality and infectious enthusiasm make Encore Sports Book a truly special place to be.

I've been going to the Encore Boston for 3 years and have gotten a free complimentary room each month for my 10+ hours of gambling each time I'm there. Plus I bet on Wynnbet who's promotions have gone down so low that every legal Massachusetts Sportsbook beats them out on promotions.
I will not be returning to betting with Wynnbet/Encore Boston due to their lack of customer loyalty and promotions.
I recommend MGM for better promotions and customers loyalty promotions. They put Wynnbet/Encore Boston to shame in customer loyalty promotions and rewards.
Bye bye Wynnbet/Encore Boston and hello MGM, Draftings, and FanDuel.

The betting machines are a nightmare & it prevents you from betting what you want , when you want. There is a mysterious cap on betting while employees can't explain why. The system is nothing but frustrating & way more difficult than it should be. The odds change so fast on the live games you can't select a bet before it changes & that is if it lets you bet as the machines glitch out & I had to enter the bet 30 times to get 1 bet in. You can't cash out your ticket if you happened to make an error either or switch your bet either. The bar is set up horribly with a huge crowd just standing out of the bar on to the carpet so you can't walk by, The space was poorly planned. The employees are ignorant on any questions regarding sports betting. Another botched Massachusetts operation. The NH system is way easier & more transparent than these machines. No bueno.
Just a horrible rendition of a sports bar, much less a sports book. Virtually all elements of this place are sub par: servers are friendly, but it took us an hour to get served a beer at at a table. Food is self serve!?!? Plastic cups, everything is a mess since no one is bussing tables. No odds wall, which to me defines a sports book. As I said this isn’t even a decent sports bar much less a sports book. Horrible don’t waste your money, lots of good sports bars in Boston.
I can't take a sportsbook seriously when they are airing LAST YEAR'S Wimbledon over actual live MLB games that, you know, people may have interest in. Shake Shack was fine and all, but there's a reason too why this is also the worst of the online sportsbooks in MA.

Come all the time! Great service from Emily, Steve and Max at the bar. They are always friendly and courteous. There are great food choices close by along with a million TV screens.
Such a process no real sports gamblers will consistently put action here. Have to fight traffic, park, deal with walking through the entire casino just to get to a smalll Sportsbook. This is more of a place to go for a drink and have fun. Not be serious about gambling. You can drive 30 minutes to seabrook Nh no traffic no parking problems no games walk right into draft kings got every line no limits in and out in 5 minutes.
WynnBET is by far the worst sports book in the entire country . They will keep your money hostage if you keep winning. I have provided all the documents they requested still no response . Horrible customer service that just tells you to keep waiting buts how long does it take to review a few pictures I mean come on . Avoid this Sportsbook !
