My wife and I were just passing thru Casper when we tried this on a whim. Glad we did! We went back the very next day for round 2! We didn't get burgers the second time and kinda regretted it because it was sooo good the first night hard to beat it. The second day, The pasta was forgettable but as for my wife's Cuban sandwich, it was a tasty solid choice, we both kept reminising on Our burger from the night before. I got the hangover and my wife got the black and bleu. Try the sauce that comes with the fried green tomatoes with your fríes, game changer. The server was good. Food was alright. I ordered the Cobb salad with salmon instead of turkey. The Bleu cheese dressing was good. However, the salad had WAY too much. The salmon was overcooked by far. The egg roll appetizer was good, they just needed to tone down the salt. The dip that was paired was a little too spicy. Location is great, easy access and plenty of parking. Food is good and what you’d expect. Atmosphere is inviting and has a good western vibe. Great place to watch a game and have a few beers. I enjoyed lunch and a beer here on a stop driving from northern Colorado to Billings, MT. The menu looked great but I just ordered some loaded nachos — yummy! — and a hazy IPA service was quick and friendly, and I wished I could have enjoyed another pint before getting back on the road, but no. The service was fantastic and the food was pretty darned good. Had the cheeseburger jalapeno soup which was really good, like a super on point hamburger helper. Also had the beef and swine plate appetizer which was a meal in itself, the sausages were amazing but the cheese bread had a little too much oil. I tried the ramen for my final dish and sadly it was the worst thing, they used a heavy hand with the soy sauce so it was very salty. The food was delicious! Our server, Rae, was great. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and asked if she wasn't aware. Atmosphere was nice, we went for lunch and pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves. Great place for appetizers, full meal, or just to grab a drink. Third time here. All three times disappointing. This last time was the straw that broke the Camel's back. Speaking of dry things, this chicken was inedible garbage! Sorry Ale Works! Could have been 5 stars but server never came back after food was delivered so we couldn't get another drink or another napkin. At first she seemed pretty good. Then when we wanted her she was just hanging at the bar talking to the bartender. Burgers were very good but the gluten free buns fall apart pretty quickly and I could have used another napkin. She didn't ask if I needed another drink until we were paying and all the food was gone. I was done by then and getting ready to leave. The food was very good though. This was my first time going into this restaurant and never again!! I went in with my two friends and there was an issue with the whole thing...... We ordered appetizers and they were alright but not good at all (fried green tomatoes were incredibly tiny- slightly larger than cherry tomatoes and salty. They are usually normal-size tomatoes). We got the stuffed jalapeno poppers- which was half of a jalapeno (a popper is a whole stuffed Jalapeno). My two friends and I asked for our salads/soup to come to us before our meal and we only had about five minutes or less to eat that. I requested that my dressing be put on the side and it wasn't. I sent the czar salad due to the dressing being on it and it came back with only lettuce and dressing. I asked for a manager and by that time the food came out and it was all meat and no toppings. I got a different sandwich and the chicken was awful (it tasted like the chicken wasn't even cooked at all). I couldn't even finish half of the sandwich; it was that bad!! My friend's drink wasn't even made properly, and my other friend had to wait over ten minutes for his lemon for his tea, Let alone the waitress was more worried about her other tables and screwed us the whole time. Let alone I noticed a cook with long hair and he didn't have it fully put back and restrained (that was so gross seeing that and made me nervous that there could be hair in my food). When I spoke to the manager she seemed to not care about the service and the food, even though she made things correct, the food and service still sucked. It took our waitress a whole glass of iced tea before she brought out the lemon wedge that was suppose to come with it. It was like she thought her other tables were more important and failed to give the same equal service to all of her tables.
