Went here for dinner on our trip to Maine and had one of the best meals EVER!!! We got super lucky and decided to go for a late lunch/early dinner and got a table with no reservation. I say lucky because the place was packed the entire time and people were waiting to be able to eat here. This place will be on my itinerary every time I go back to South Paris, Maine! Had the hot chicken sandwich and pretzel. The chicken sandwich was perfect. It was very hot as advertised but not too hot for people who like spicy food. It was somehow both saucy and crispy at the same time. The pretzel was very fresh and with tasty sauce. Service was very friendly and everyone working seemed happy to be there. Brussels sprout appetizer is great! Lots of Korean influence across the menu. Also got the truffle fries(good truffle flavor), pulled pork sandwich, and kimchi tacos. Was told to avoid the ramen by a friend since it wasn’t very authentic and allegedly had smaller portion.

I went in to have a dinner. I ordered lettuce wrap and spicy Ramen with pork belly. Both dishes were very good and impressed but little bit salty for me, however I had them all. Lol. Drinks was perfect. They use the good liquor with a real good price. I would be rate them 5 stars if my bartender/waiter just give some smile (or maybe just his character...I don't know) but staff/restaurant should give customers a nice and relax vibe not make customer feel uncomfortable. Fantastic atmosphere and service. I have a new favorite place to go! We had brussel sprouts, kimchi fried rice, scallops, risoto, and asparagus. All masterfully prepared. Also a great selection of beer on tap from mostly local breweries. Well done XVault 👏 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

My X Vault experience started with Sean the bartender making me a Cobbler, a delicious and complicated drink that was very flavorful. The drink alone was worth 5 stars, then the food came out: X Vault Burger, Beef Kimchi Tacos, Lettuce Wraps, Kimchi Fried Rice with Pork Belly, and sushi. The burger was perfect and french fries were fresh. Korean influenced Taco and, lettuce wraps, and fried rice pork belly were inspired. I didn't even need the soy sauce and wasabi as the sushi flavor was right on. 5 Stars for food, wait staff, bartender, and cleanliness. Best restaurant experience. I can't wait to go again.

Loved every minute of my time at The X Vault, and every drink- and believe me, my friends and I tried most of them ;) the crunch funk sushi roll is highly recommended. Go on an empty stomach because you'll want to try everything. Start with the French onion soup and make an afternoon of it from there. The service from the servers to the bar tenders is enough to make a regular out of anyone.

Called a day in advance for a reservation for 4. Food was amazing, service was awesome as always, and the atmosphere can't be beat. The best brussel sprouts, and the kimchi fried rice is delish!!
