This special bakery shop location is inside the mountains. They local homemake bread is delicious, soft and fluffy. Without extra additive and color. Without a star just because of location maybe a bit difficult to find.

A bit far from most families living on Okinawa, this is a bakery, not to be missed. Delicious bread and baked goods can be found here for health conscious families. This place is a must for health food fanatics. Whole wheat breads and baked goods will have your mouth watering. It's a long drive and prices seem a bit high but, you wont be disappointed with the quality and awesomeness of the baked goods sold here. Bring Yen, as I believe it's the only way to spend in Japan.

Small traditional bakery specialising in natural breads and cookies. Don't expect lavish displays of cakes and pastries, this is a simple road side establishment with a small counter and the majority of the space taken up by the actual bakery itself where you can glimpse the large ovens and baking in progress. Extremely friendly, and delicious. Well worth the stop off, even if you just take a moment to enjoy the views and soak up the tranquil atmosphere.

Wonderful bakery with locally grown wheat! The vista surrounding the bakery is also breathtaking! Great place for a lazy summer afternoon so long as it isn't raining. Free samples available, but restraint is advised. 👍

Small mom and pop bakery, specializing in mainly breads. Wasn't a ton of options but there were various fruit breads. We stopped by while seeing the cherry blossoms

美味しいパンを沢山買えました。
おばあちゃんは隠居され元気でお過ごしだとおっしゃっておられた。
菓子飯は早朝あっという間に売りけれるお店です皆さんも是非立ち寄って下さいネ。

小麦自体の味が味わえる素朴なパンです。
少しアレンジして、玉子とプチトマトを乗せてタルティーヌみたいにしました。
クッキーも最高でした。特にショウガクッキーは身体がポカポカしてきました。

40代夫婦、旅行で訪店しました。霧森の中にある秘境のベーカリーな雰囲気♪
シンプルな素材と自然派なパンで、よく噛むとパン生地の美味しさが感じられます。
しっかりバターを使ったリッチなパンがお好みの方にはおすすめしません。
黒パンはサンドイッチに調理するのがおすすめと教えていただき、滞在中のホテルのミニキッチンで道の駅で調達した食材と一緒にいただきましたら美味しかったです(^^)

クルミパンとあんパンを購入。
以前に道の駅で購入もしたがお店が気になり直接買いにうかがいました。山間の高台にあり3月の晴天に心地よい景観にネコちゃんもお店の側をゴロゴロしていて心も和みます。
肝心のパンの味はかなりの天然酵母の酸味を感じる味です。クルミパンは厚さを半分にちぎって焼き直したくらいが自分には食べやすい味でした。あんパンは中の餡もずっしりで美味しかったです。
