I came in like ten minutes before closing, which I know is annoying. Believe me. We were out right when they closed. But the worker who served us was so rude. He had the long braids with the purple. I was being so sweet asking how he was doing and thanking him over and over. I got rude passive aggressive responses. . Then, he started making the Sundae after touching his hair and the money I gave him. He started to cut up the bananas with no gloves getting germs all over them. My friend saw him doing so and he put on gloves afterwards. I spent 15 bucks on ice cream I can’t eat now. I also tipped him before he made the sundae because I felt bad we came in late. Extremely frustrating experience. I understand it’s annoying to come in right before closing but we certainly did not deserve that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you want ice cream I highly recommend any Ye Ole Fashioned location. There are a ton of flavors to choose from. If you think your stomach can handle it get a pig trough although one person can eat it all, I know from experience, it really is a minimum 2 person job. Very disappointed in my turtle sundae. If you're like me and want whipped CREAM on your sundaes, steer clear of this establishment. They use pouches of whipped vegetable oil. It ruins the entire sundae. Also, they didn't have any peanuts. The service was good though. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

STAFF WAS RUDE AND THE MANAGERWAS EVEN WORSE!! ORDERED A CHICKEN SALAD COLD PLATE LISTED AT 7.99 ON THE MENU. GOT TO THE RESTAURANT TO PICK UP THE SALAD WAS 14.99 ASKED WHAT WAS THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE AND WAS TOLD WITH A ATTITUDE THE GUY WITH THE WIG RUNNING THE REGISTER THAT THE PRICES ON THE WEBISTE DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WHAT THE STORE PRICES, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER WHO CAME FROM AROUND BACK WITH A ATTITUDE, AND SHE IN A NASTY WAY WHATS THE PROBLEM I EXPLAINED AND SHE SAID THE THING THE WEB SIDE PRICES ARE NOT THE REAL PRICES. Ordered a banana split and a chocolate milkshake. After paying $22 for only those 2 items, we were told they didn't have any bananas. And then, the chocolate "milkshake" was literally milk, so runny and frothy. There was no ice cream in that cup. Worst experience I've ever had at any Ye Ole Fashioned! Literally was one of three people and ordered their BLT. Definitely disappointed. The bacon was flabby and truly didn't have a good cook on it. Paid out the nose for a sandwich that boasted on a chalkboard of a lot of bacon and no it wasn't. It took them over twenty minutes to make a sandwich. Mine. The other customers sat waiting almost as long..for friggin ice cream. Open late. Great icecream options. The kids enjoyed mint chocolate chip, and a banana split. Service could be better and staff more pleasant. At least the staff member who worked with us.

Very inviting place, awesome customer service, and pretty decent food. I got the philly cheese and a vanilla shake, came under 20 bucks and it was a fair portion, enough to fill me. Their ice cream cup sizes are massive and the sandwiches are seasoned well. If that doesn’t make you a happy person, I don’t know what does. Definitely will visit this place again. Any shortcomings… maybe the philly was a little on the saltier side for me, but thats just my personal preference. I can be picky, so take it with a grain of salt. Try it for yourself, highly recommend 👍
