A mutton lover’s dream. Super fresh. Never frozen. Not gamey. It comes in many forms: grilled, stir-fried with various vegetables, with ginger on the side, over rice, with noodles, in hot pot, and more. They serve all parts of the animal too. Personally, I like it stir-fried the most. Tastes like stir-fried beef back in the U.S. Very clean and modern inside too. Zero English.

好久沒來岡山吃羊肉爐不知道價位是不是算偏高，但覺得很好吃～價目表在牆上，畫單在紙上，要相互對照稍嫌不便。 ➡️熱炒類有許多選擇，小中大三種size可選，二人吃點小份即可唷～今天點白片羊肉小份200元份量如圖👇 店家有詢問是要瘦肉/五花/一半瘦一半肥選了一半瘦一半肥～瘦肉很像火鍋肉片，肥肉就有濃濃的羊脂味！（很❤️）建議點五花兩種口感都有也有羊味～看評論好像羊內臟和沙茶羊肉也很好吃，等待下次再點😍 ➡️帶皮羊肉火鍋小份500 沒有提供其他鍋類配料單點或是冰箱拿取，鍋內沒有火鍋料，單純有帶皮羊肉、高麗菜、凍豆腐、蔥和一點點芹菜。湯底的羊腥味很淡（剛開始喝甚至有點像牛肉湯，越煮才有羊味慢慢釋放），比起以前油膩羊肉爐的印象不一樣，喝起來很甜不油膩，整體非常好喝，還可以請店家加湯～（店家每個店員跟老闆都很客氣唷！）帶皮羊肉的部分我個人覺得偏油，同行者覺得不會，鍋底也有瘦肉，同行者覺得正常發揮不會過柴～另外我們大概14:00多到，吃到14:50左右店家沒有來提醒或趕人，很感謝🙏🏻 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes 帶皮羊肉火鍋小
