I really love this sturgeon place! Very few places on earth you can raise sturgeon but here in sun moon lake we did it! You eat it six ways: sashimi meat and skin, fried bones, steamed filet, bone soup and porridge! What else do you want!?

停車方便，假日因為人多，就只有合菜選擇，選6人合菜3200元（有10%服務費）！鱘龍魚好幾吃....清蒸、粥品、鐵板...都不錯，個人還是比較喜歡清蒸和粥，才能吃到魚的鮮味！！麻油松阪豬，湯味甜，不過豬肉較老，不適合牙口不好的人食用！最喜歡藥膳魚湯，滿滿的膠質，連魚骨都可以啃...補充鈣質！沒水果，用百香果汁取代，不過無法續壺！詢問老闆娘私密景點，她會熱情介紹彩蝶瀑布，可惜實在太熱，只好等下回！ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes 鱘龍魚粥

餐點很有特色，擺盤精緻美觀，適合招待家人來這邊吃鱘龍魚大餐及特色料理，特愛鱘龍魚生魚片，沒有腥味口感鮮脆，超級特別！還有鱘龍魚養殖池適合參觀～小孩需注意一下安全喔！

這幾道菜，最愛魚皮，超Q，老皮嫩肉也不錯，蝦鬆的蝦實在太少了點，被長輩唸了一回，湯也so so ，其他還算滿意，四個人吃約1800元，不會特別來吃，但經過可以吃一下的店
