Everything seems freshly cooked and is well presented. Apparently the chef is an alumnus of Anse Chastanet.
We had the pork meal and the vegetarian pizza. Both were excellent, the pizza crust was simply amazingly light and crisp.
Service was simple. As has been noted, don't go if you are in a hurry.. Food this good will take time, and will come out as soon as each dish is ready..
Prices are very reasonable for what you are getting.
Highly recommended after a Piton area visit!

TLDR: 4 weeks in St Lucia, best staff, pricing, food we've found. Expect a long wait time though.
Favorite joint in St Lucia, some of the highlights are as followers:
•The staff is super friendly, remembered us by the 2nd visit.
• Drinks are great, mudslides are my personal favorite. (You can tell they put alcohol in it)
• Food is phenomenal. Menu is diverse with wraps and sandwiches, pastas and pizzas, steaks and fish. Sometimes a diverse menu makes me worry that something won't be good, that hasn't been the case this far.
Pork wraps are devine, Chicken Alfredo is on par with high end restaurants.
(Prices are all $15-25 EC as well)
My ONLY area I'd say needs improvement is the time it takes.
It's all made fresh which is great, but certainly isn't any measure of quick. I would expect to wait 30-45 mins for your meals if you party is 4+. (We personally have been calling ahead)

Stopped for lunch here. Local juice was delicious. Grilled tuna had great dressing, but the cut of fish was not the best. It was fresh, but with a lot of bones and not very juicy - probably part near the tail.
I can recommend the place.
Been on the island for 8 nights and have eaten all over the place. Highend to street food. This place hands down was the best meal. The tuna steak was seasoned so well. The pork chop was outstanding with a nice mix of fatty and char. The roasted veggie almost had Chinese food wokhey smokiness to it. Sweet potato fries were so home made and almost had a fried bread outer crust. Amazing view from upstairs. Wished we had gone sooner than our last night here.

I really love the fact that the food is always freshly prepared (which comes with a little wait).
The owner of the place was really friendly .. my mojito fell shortly after she served me and she gave me another free of charge (I really appreciated that)
Overall, it was a good experience.
P.S There is a 10% service charge added for dine-in.

Amazing food, cooked to perfection! This is an incredible local restaurant and bar where you can relax in the breeze and eat some of the tastiest food on the island - FACT!
Food flavour, quality & presentation was top notch.
My husband and I were out exploring the area yesterday and were so happy we found Zabriko Bar & Grill.
Great customer service too. We loved it so much we're going back today!
I had the sea food boil it tasted ok, I think it could have done with a little more sauce but for the most part it was satisfying enough. I visited this place in the night and sat upstairs, I imagine the view in the day time to be amazing.

Such a great little restaurant. Love this little hidden gem. So happy we found it. Hospitality was amaing. Food has a modern twist on classic St Lucian fare. Thanks to Stephanie and staff for a wonderful evening. And when our car wouldn't start we appreciated the help getting us home. St Lucian hospitality at it's best. Excellent food, great value, fun atmosphere.
