A typical Zaxby's serving a variety of chicken dishes with fries and a variety of sauces. The service was good at this location, but the bathrooms needed some attention. The fountain drink machine was also short on syrup resulting in less flavor and more seltzer water. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Heard good things about this place but never really bothered until today. Kinda regretted it especially cause I passed a Cane's on my way there. Ordered the 3 piece meal and you can see in my picture what I got. 3 chicken nuggets. They were in fact "tenders" but the size of them was almost insulting. Like were these from pigeons? They tasted fine but nothing to write home about. Overall very upset about the size of the chicken for the price I paid. Not worth it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

They would get 5 stars, but I had to ask that the fries be hot in the loaded fries, because some have been cold and seemed not cooked enough the last two times. And their coke is super weak, with little fizz. This last time I asked for one from their machine in the back. It had almost zero fizz, and didn't even taste like Coke. Sometimes the chicken is a bit overcooked but they have wonderful customer service and will fix any issues with your order! One of my favorite places to eat. edit: the company sent me a free voucher to go back. I was willing to give them another chance and see if the size of the chicken was small in my last order because it was just an employee not paying attention. The chicken was a better size this time. I am glad to see that it was just a one off bad day. I love their chicken and dipping sauce. I do recommend eating here. Great food! I don’t recommend this place anymore. I used to love zaxby’s. The chicken is crazy small now. Are you kidding me!!! I paid $10 for 3 pieces of chicken that might take two bites each??? These used to be good size chicken. I’m pretty disappointed right now. I want to give this place a higher rating. Because the food is very good. But the night I visited this location, the food wasn't cooked properly (See photo). The dining area was really dirty. A self dispensing soda machine machine was also filthy and disgusting. The workers were more concerned with socializing with each other than actually serving their customers. Love this place! Best chicken I've had. I always go for tongue torcher sauce or sweet and spicy and get a number 3. Also awesome customer service and fresh quality food at very quick preparing speeds! Fast high quality matches the price well, which is cheaper than most of my BK trips I've had lol! Thank you! EDIT: 3 Stars now because 1: The food is not always fresh. 2: The men who take orders mispronoun or gender assign, they hear "Justin" instead of "Jesse" and are just not very professional with their greetings. 3: The Atmosphere is okay but they have a few of the same songs playing everyday, sometimes the tables aren't all cleaned when usually there's not very many people inside. There's also lamps that tall individuals will bonk their heads on if you're not careful. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Service was fast and friendly. Chicken tasted fine but lacked a good crunchy outside. If you are expecting a buffalo sauce you will be disappointed. They have their own sauce, which is good, but a little salty. Would go back but it’s not super exciting.

Rude service. Girl that took our order was on her phone the whole time and was rather rude to us. We also asked for sauce and she only gave us one of each of the sauces we asked for. (2 sauces in total) It's not like they were busy either. We were the only ones there but got treated rather poorly. And our food was put together recklessly. Disappointed to say the least.
