Come here and try good chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches and chicken salads. Great lemonade goes well with the nice meal. This fast food provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. Many people say that the staff is attentive at this place. Most visitors think that the service is terrific. From the guests' point of view, prices are medium. The homey atmosphere is to be found here. Google users are quite generous with Zaxby's: it was rated 4 stars.

The service at this Zaxby's is generally very good, I come here pretty often and have only had 1 or 2 negative experiences with the employees. The wings, however, are not sauced almost at all around lunch hours. Anytime I come here from 12-1:30pm, the wings I get are vastly undersauced/mostly dry on the surface, even if I ask for extra sauce. The customer service is great during those hours. The wings are not. I hope that can be fixed. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I came in from out of town, never having heard of the chain, and was treated so nicely. Manager made sure to set me up with what must have been 8+ kinds of sauce to try. Absolutely delicious chicken and that Zax sauce was so good that I visited again just to take some back to Chicago. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I used to like this place back in the day but I’m so disappointed with how my experience went today, first manager has a ugly attitude / energy, does the bare minimum on his part, he was rude when we asked for one extra ranch smirking and saying “more!?”. Second I found a hair wrapped on my chicken wing, won’t be coming back but be careful & check your food before you eat it all, I feel so disgusted I ate almost everything to find a hair wrapped in it. I came here in the drive thru, and I specifically asked what dipping sauce the fried pickles come with (ranch). Upon receiving my food, there was no dipping sauce. Whatever, it’s not the end of the world. But the fried pickles were way over cooked, the breading was burnt and overly crispy, the pickles themselves were dry, and the breading was crumbling right off the pickles. Zaxbys was my first job when I was 16 and even at that age I would have never served fried pickles that looked like that. Overall the quality of the food has gone way downhill in the last few years. Some of my favorite items—fried mushrooms, onion rings, original buffalo sauce, shakes, some of the salad dressings, etc—are no longer available, prices have gone way up, the quality of the food has gone way down. More often than not the toast is dry from being under the heat lamp too long (when I worked there we weren’t supposed to keep the toast under the lamp for more than 10-15 minutes) to the point where I end up throwing it away. Zaxbys used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but for the past couple years I’ve much preferred Raising Canes. I’m highly disappointed with Zaxbys these days. It was a really good time. We were able to order, and before we even finished getting our drink, they had already called our number to get our food. The food quality was pretty good as well. I used to love the salads at this place, but the last few times I have been I have barely been able to eat most of my salad because of all the disgusting lettuce leaves that they include in my salad. I’m scared of getting food poisoning from eating it. I’m so sad because nice, fresh salads at fast food restaurants are rare to come by these days. We love Zaxby’s, even though we eat it sparingly because of the cost. We generally go there for their Cobb salads, which are amazing, but today I decided to try their loaded chicken bacon ranch fries and I was very glad I did. They were excellent! Pretty consistent food wise and also pretty quick service but that's pre lunch rush when we go. Gets crazy around school lunch time but overall not terrible. Bummer they charge for sauce but who doesn't charge more for anything in this economy. At least they don't force you to tip...yet... The Bread was super salty. The chicken is good. They only gave us one thing of sauce per meal. No silverware provided for the coleslaw or sides. We had to go back and ask for some. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
