I was absolutely unprepared for what I received with my order! I really wanted the eggrolls but ordered more items to make it worthwhile. The eggrolls were tiny and so well done they were dry and awful, not quite all the way burnt but inedible. Chicken fingers were small and dry, just slightly larger than the fork end of my fork! Something was off about the tiny amount of coleslaw, the bread burned on one side and the potatoes soggy. Food: 1 Service: 3

Stopped at this location for lunch. Place was well maintained and clean. The cashier was very welcoming and attentive. The staff were really good hosts. The food was hot and fresh and well seasoned. First let me say those pickles were fresh, hot and good. They were worth the wait. Then of course I loved my house salad. What I like most about this location is there's less traffic. The good customer service is always be expected and received. I hope it stays this way. Great place to have lunch or dinner

I visited this Zaxbys location Saturday night through the drive thru, and all I have to say is that the service is phenomenal!!!!!! Eric was the employee taking my order, and he was very patient, It has been a while since visiting a Zaxbys location and reading the menu items were quite difficult for me, I asked Eric numerous amounts of questions about the menu and asked for some suggestions. He recommended me the Kickin' Chicken' Sandwich, and I must say he did not fail me, the sandwich was delicious!! It is not everyday where a fast-food employee is so passionate about their job, but I must say Eric surprised me the moment I pulled into the drive thru! Kudos to you Eric. This Bothered me enough to waste more of my time reviewing what no one reads. 20 minutes I waited with one person in front of me total. I saw others waiting had to correct all their orders including mine. In a half a*^ tone as I walked away without a word finally I hear “ we have a lot of online orders…” nothing else just that quick superfluous comment. Very comforting!
